Haste with no haste-buff?

How much Haste would you go if you don't have Caster Haste buff?
1603 For Rejuv and Lifebloom?
2133 for Regrowth would be hard (and have close to no mastery).
No way I can get to 2745 for the WG/Eff (MAYBE if I can Spine trink so I reforge out all the spirit, but not yet)

yeah this one was one I struggled with for a long time, you have to hit the jackpot to have spell haste in a 10 man and its only going to get worse in MoP. I really just geared for 1603.

Now I have another druid that goes between boom and resto depending on how many other healers show up to raid and I do have the benefit of dark intent, so I've taken to gearing to the WG breakpoint assuming DI & Haste buff and if I don't hit it when the boomkin isn't there, so be it. But he's usually there playing boomkin when we have all of our A-team raiders in raid.
