| Hey! even if it's my offspec, I've been healing that fight. Any tips for it? we've been having some button problems (yeah CLICK DE FUCKING BUTTON AND STOP DYING) 2 or 3 times we got to the green crystal, and I was about 1/2 mana, with innervate about to come off cooldown, I have no idea if mana will hold enough to finish the fight.
But, mainly, how do you heal? I'm dropping WG on CD, spamming Rejuv and Swiftmend as it goes off CD(if someone is missing some health) any tips?

| My experience on this fight as a druid has been on 25, but all the healing tips should apply to both.
You're on the right track with using Wild Growth and Swiftmend on cooldown, though I wouldn't spam Rejuv too much, especially at the beginning of the fight - your mana pool will be hurting. Make sure you're using every Omen of Clarity proc for a Regrowth to help out with keeping people topped up. And keep Lifebloom rolling on the tank all the time.
Plan your cooldown use. The fight will likely last 5:30 - 6 minutes so you should be able to use Innervate, Tree of Life and Tranquility 2 times each. I generally try to use my first Tranquility just after the first Hour of Twilight, then Tree of Life afterwards. Lifebloom spamming (don't forget RG on OoC procs) during tree of life is really mana efficient and will help your mana pool last longer.
You'll have to use Rejuv more as the fight goes on and damage gets higher. Use your 2nd ToL around the 5 minute mark for the extra output. Plan your last Tranquility use with your other healers. My raid usually starts rotating healer cooldowns with the boss at about 20%.
Which crystal are you on?

| I had a lower geared druid on green, I took red, and left blue for the holy priest but, then again, massive fucking ups with clicking a damn button so not that many testing with the crystal.
Today we're going to try 2 healing with holy paladin + holy priest, with me tanking or dpsing, but just in case any of those doesn't show up, or if we 3heal it, I like to know what I'm doing

| I two healed it with my alt druid Elentari in 10s last week (we three healed it this week). She's rocking full normal Firelands gear currently. Here is a link from that kill, if you are interested: www.worldoflogs.com/reports/7lkgsdlwn0h038bw/I was on the red crystal, with a holy paladin as our second healer. The damage ramps up on the fight as it progresses, so at the start you should be very conservative with mana/healing but get more aggressive as the fight continues. I like to Tranq after the first hour of twilight following the red crystal, and the ToL immediately after. This lets my tranq/ToL get the benefit of the red crystal as well as ensure that it is up at the end of the fight when you need them again. I will innervate the second I hit 80% mana so it's up again, and I will concentrate before the red crystal spawns so that I can get the potion in before damage ramps up and I don't have time to utilize it. Because of how much the damage ramps up, do be sure to go into that last phase of the fight with a fairly healthy mana bar. While I was very agrressive with Rejuv, especially at the end of the fight - Effloressence ended up being my top heal. I generally swiftmended right after Ultraxion did one of his raid bursts to make sure that it would have the maximum effectiveness. One last thing - Green isn't great for druids. I think that your holy priest would have gotten much more bang for his buck from the green than your second druid. So you might want to consider having your priest take the green and your second druid the blue if you decide to go into it with those three healers again | |

| I'll take a look at the log when I get home, blocked WoL at work.... Yes, I was dropping innervate at 80% mana (or something like that) Yes, swiftmend on the tank if needed, or after the "aoe tick" Noted, I'll hold back the rejuvs until dmg start going nuts
I've heard that blue is better for any spammable AoE heal (that druids don't have, so I chose the hpriest) Then, if we 3heal today, Hpriest on green, me on red, Hpally on blue.
thank you on the quick response.

| finally killed him last night. Weird, we killed him just before 6min mark, and the raid was not even low on HP, 3healing (shaman on green, hpriest on red, hpally on blue), convinced people to stop trying new specs, and down he went. I ended up tanking, so no healing experience from me this time | |

| Yeah blue is really bad (unless I'm missing something) for druids because we're still cooldown locked on our spells. Green should be reserved for the tank healer IMO, and red for anyone. This is from a 10 man perspective. 2 healing this fight at our guild's DPS level is what made all the difference for us, I went cat (even with my tank spec & gear I really up-ed our DPS; bleed & crit buff). An important tip that we kept running into is that when you get the random twilight debuff (the one that the healers never get) do not wait until the last second to hit your heroic button (the new tears of elune ) you may go back to back with the all group twilight and have a really small window between the button's cooldown and the finish of the cast. We just made it policy that people click at 4.5 secs remaining of the random twilight and we still had plenty of DPS to get her down before it got too hairy for the healers with our guild pretty much all in t12 normal gear, and me DPSing in tanking spec/gear. What I'm saying is don't worry too much about trying to eak out minimum time outside twilight realm. Again, this is on normal. | |

| Question regarding logs from this fight. How do you folks analyze effect of the buffs on the healers? I'm not finding the buffs (debuffs) in WoL except for EoD which only shows up as a heal, not an aura applied to a character, as far as I can tell. Any advice?
To elaborate a bit more, I'm trying to see if my team can sit me for Ultraxion and bring in an extra dps in my place, but I'm not exactly sure how to support that with the logs.

| Unless I'm looking at the logs wrong I really couldn't find the lines where the buffs were applied, but off the top of my head I believe they were at 1:15 intervals. So without being able to find out exactly when the buff was cast on the player you could probably just estimate by adding 75 seconds to the start time on the log's selection range
?s=10205&e=10528 goes to ?s=10280&e=10528
And at that point you could be able to look at who was on red and half their healing output, since red straight up doubles it. I'm not even sure if that is accurate, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't include overheal amounts either. There has to be a better and more accurate way than that.
I'm not sure how to go about estimating blue though.

| Sorry, stupid question, but still don't understand how Essence of Dreams works... Say you heal 10k to some person, does it heal all other people for 1k? Do any of our hots trigger it?

Essence of Dreams duplicates heals and distributes them between all friendly targets within 10 yards. So yes, if you were to heal someone for 10k it would heal everyone for 1k. Essence of Dreams requires a heal of 1500 or more to activate. So it will trigger from HoTs, but only if they are ticking for 1500 or more. Generally this means that Efflorescence and Rejuvenation will always trigger it; Wild Growth will usually trigger it for its first few ticks, but not the last few (depending on spell power), and Regrowth hot ticks will only trigger it when they crit.
